앱스토어 3번째 Reject

혼자 개발하고 있는 앱이 앱스토어심사에서 3번째 거절을 당했다.
아래는 거절 사유.

Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions

 

Your app uses auto-renewable subscriptions, but it still does not clearly describe what the user will receive for the price. Specifically, the purchasing page did not specify what is included in the subscription.

Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Data Collection and Storage

 

We noticed that your app requires users to register with personal information to purchase in-app purchase products that are not account based.

 

Apps cannot require user registration prior to allowing access to app content and features that are not associated specifically to the user. User registration that requires the sharing of personal information must be optional or tied to account-specific functionality.

정리하면 거절 사유는 두 가지.

첫번째는 앱을 구독함으로써 사용자가 어떤 것을 받게 되는지 모르겠다는 점.
두번째는 단순히 인앱결제를 위해 로그인을 요구해서는 안된다는 점.

나는 위 두가지의 문제점을 해결하기 위해
어플내에 유저에게 확실하게 구독의 이점을 알려주는 페이지를 만들고 로그인 기능은 삭제하기로 했다.

 

단순히 인앱결제를 위해 로그인을 요구해서는 안된다는 점은 이번 심사를 통해 처음 알게 되었다. 기획중인 다른 어플들의 기획 방향성도 수정해야겠다. 좋은 약이라고 긍정적으로 생각하고 있다.
 
주말내로 4번째 심사를 넣을 예정이다.
